Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

• Accessories, customized orders, and sale items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Return Process

1. Request a Return: Email us at returns@faduindia.inwithin 7 days of receiving your item.

2. Approval & Instructions: Our team will review your request and provide return shipping instructions.

3. Ship It Back: Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided. Return shipping charges may apply unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund/Exchange: Once the item is inspected and approved, we will issue a refund (to the original payment method) or process an exchange, as per your preference.

Refund Timeline

• Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

• We will replace or refund the item at no extra cost to you.

Important Notes

• Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

• We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy.
